WASA Rawalpindi Tender: Hiring Security Services for WASA Properties (01-10-2026 to 30-09-2027)

Punjab Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi invites sealed bids via the Punjab E-Procurement System for hiring a licensed security company/firm to provide security supervisors and guards for WASA Rawalpindi and Islamabad installations for the period 01-10-2026 to 30-09-2027 (one year, extendable subject to performance).

Key eligibility and submission requirements:

- Obtain tender documents and submit bids only through the Punjab E-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Response time is calculated from publication on the PPRA website.

- Submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost by deposit at call/bank draft payable to Managing Director, WASA Rawalpindi.

- Provide a valid security company license from the concerned authority and an affidavit on stamp paper stating the bidder is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

- Firms must comply with prevailing labour laws (minimum wages, social security, EOBI) and may be required to provide proof of payments to staff; non-compliance may lead to termination.

- Firms must be responsible for applicable taxes as per Government of Punjab rules at the time of payment release.

- At least five (05) contract agreements of similar nature and size and documentary evidence of permanent staff are required.

- Current PPRA rules apply; bids will be rejected for any violations. Only technically qualified bidders' financial bids will be opened.

Prospective bidders should register and upload their bids on the Punjab E-Procurement System by the submission deadline. Bids will be opened online on the stated date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
