Tender: Dental Materials, Instruments & Stationery (FY 2026-27) — Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital

Office of the Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital, Rawalpindi invites bids from well reputed firms/contractors registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for procurement of dental material, instruments/equipment and stationery items for FY 2026-2027 under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014.

Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the Punjab e-procurement portals. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System. Technical bids (hard copies where required) and electronic submissions must meet the stated deadlines. Bid security of 2% is required for each lot. The Medical Superintendent, Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital is the issuing authority.
