NHA Punjab‑North Invites e-Bids for Auditorium & Mosque and N-5 Maintenance Works (Lahore)

National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Punjab‑North Region (Central Zone) invites electronic bids (e‑Bids) for construction and maintenance works in the NHA Zonal Office area and on N-5 (Lala Musa stretch). Bids are invited from contractors registered with the Income Tax Department (active taxpayers) and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant PEC categories. A bid security of 2% of the tender cost is required in favour of National Highway Authority (Road Maintenance Fund / Security Deposit).

How to apply / submit bids:

- Complete bidding documents and submission are to be made electronically through NHA e‑procurement/e‑bidding portal. Bidders should follow instructions on the portal and in the bidding documents.

- Bid security (2% of tender amount) and other documentary requirements must be provided as specified in the bidding documents. Only firms registered with relevant authorities and on the Active Taxpayers List are eligible to bid.

- Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as stated in the bidding documents. Bidders should consult the e‑bidding portal for the exact submission deadline and opening time.
