Municipal Corporation Murree Tender Notice – Pavers, Beautification & Road Works (Close: 2026-09-21)

Issuer: Office of the Municipal Corporation Murree. Municipal Corporation Murree invites e-tenders for multiple development schemes under the 2026-27 programme. All bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement (eP) System by registered contractors.

Key requirements and procedure:

- Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and on the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Upload valid PEC license, CNIC, PRA registration and NTN as required.

- Bids must be submitted electronically by filling the BOQ on the e-procurement website. Physical financial instruments (CDRs, pay orders, bank guarantees) will not be accepted.

- Earnest money: amounts are listed in the table below (column shown as 5% of estimated cost). Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System.

- Submission deadline (closing): 2026-09-21 by 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-21 at 10:45 AM. Successful bidder(s) will be announced on 2026-09-21 at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee via the Punjab e-Procurement portal.

- The lowest bidder must provide a performance security (performance guarantee) of 10% of the contract amount within 15 days of acceptance, as per Finance Department rules. Incomplete, conditional, corrupt, virus-infected or improperly submitted bids will be rejected. If the scheduled opening date is a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day.
