The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids for the procurement of works for the "Wellness Complex Minister Enclave, Islamabad" funded under FY 2026-27. Procurement will follow a Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. E-bidding documents and detailed terms are available on the EPADS v2.0 platform; bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit the required bid security as specified in the bidding documents.
