ETI-GB Tender: Procurement of MS Office 365 Business Standard Licenses

Issuer: Economic Transformation Initiative - Gilgit Baltistan (ETI-GB), Planning & Development Department, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan.

Purpose: Procurement of licensed software MS Office 365 Business Standard.

Funding: The project has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS).

How to obtain bidding documents: Interested authorized distributors/dealers/partners may obtain the bidding documents / RFQ free of cost from the office of the Procurement Officer, Programme Coordination Unit (PCU), ETI-GB during working days from the date of appearance of the advertisement on newspapers and the ETI/GBPPRA websites. Office hours: 08:30 am to 04:30 pm. The online bidding document / RFQ will be emailed upon receipt of a request from each competing company. Correspondence email: [email protected].

Submission and opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to the undersigned by 11:30 am on or before 2026-10-07. Bids will be opened publicly on 2026-10-07 at 12:00 hrs (noon) in the committee room of the ETI-GB office, Gilgit, in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives who choose to attend. If the last date falls on an official holiday/weekend, the next working day shall be the deadline.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to a minimum of 3% (refundable) of the bid price in the form of a Bank Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Programme Coordination Unit, Gilgit. Incorrect name on the pay order shall result in summary rejection.

Selection: A firm will be selected in accordance with the RFQ set out in GBPPRA/IFAD Project Procurement Handbook (available via the GBPPRA and IFAD websites).
