Tender: Hiring Firms for Security, Surveillance & Allied Services (Rental) — Deputy Commissioner Jhang (FY 2026-27)

Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Jhang invites sealed tenders/quotations from well-reputed, authorized dealers/firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) with valid NTN/PRA registration and relevant experience for provision of security, surveillance and allied services on rental basis for the Financial Year 2026-27.

Eligible firms are required to provide equipment and services including CCTV systems, PTZ cameras, walk-through gates, drone surveillance, private security and related allied works for events and security arrangements on a rental basis as specified below. Sealed bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security and will be opened as per the tender conditions.

Key eligibility & tender conditions (summary):

- Firms must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and possess valid NTN/PRA registration and relevant experience in CCTV/surveillance/security contracts.

- Original bid security (e.g., CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order) equal to 2% of the estimated cost must accompany the tender as specified in the tender documents.

- Rates should be quoted on a per day / per item rental basis as applicable. Tendering and procurement will follow applicable Punjab procurement rules and SPPRA regulations.
