Tender: Procurement via EPADS — Regional Blood Center Dera Ismail Khan (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Manager, Regional Blood Center, Dera Ismail Khan (RBC DI Khan). The RBC invites electronic bids through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under National Competitive Bidding for the Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement will follow Rule 6(2)(b) "Single Stage Two Envelope" procedure of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014.

Eligibility: Manufacturers, importers, and authorized distributors (for importers) must be registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Bidders must upload a scanned copy of their bid to the EPADS system and also submit the original/physical bid security to the Regional Blood Center administration before the deadline. Bid security must be from the bidder/contractor's firm account. Only technical bids will be opened at the time/date shown below. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
