National Assembly Secretariat: Prequalification for Repair & Maintenance of Official Vehicles and Motorcycles

Issuer: National Assembly Secretariat, Islamabad. The Secretariat invites applications through EPADS v2.0 for prequalification of reputable firms, workshops or authorized dealerships for provision of repair and maintenance services for official vehicles and motorcycles.

Scope (initial period 24 months, extendable for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance):

Eligibility: Firms/workshops/authorized dealerships must be duly registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities, appear on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List (ATPL), and have their own operational setup in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.

Procurement documents: E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, specifications, procurement method, bid security, bid validity, evaluation criteria, performance guarantee and other requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/frameworkagreements/9832 and also available free of cost on the National Assembly Secretariat website (https://www.na.gov.pk) and PPRA website (https://www.ppra.gov.pk).

Submission: E-bids must be prepared per the Prequalification Documents and submitted through EPADS v2.0. Manual/physical submission will not be entertained.

Deadline: E-bids must be submitted on or before 2026-10-05 at 02:30 PM (bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM).
