Military Engineer Services (DWACE/6503) Tender — Provision of Facilities at PAF Bases (Closes 2026-10-06)

Purpose: Invitation to tender for provision of certain facilities at various PAF bases (multiple lots).

Eligibility & requirements: Firms must have experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works and be registered with PEC. Enlisted with PEC in Category C-5 and above in the relevant field with validity at least up to Jun, 2027 are eligible. Preferably enlisted with MEB in Cat A. Firms must furnish work orders, locations and pictures of completed projects along with satisfactory completion certificates from the user.

Contractors shall provide a certificate that they are not involved in litigation with any government department in a court of law and that there are no outstanding issues or recoveries with the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ). No adverse DI&E report and no outstanding DI&E recoveries are acceptable.

In case of non-enlisted firms, 2% bid security will be required. Tenders will be issued to pre-qualified firms/contractors.

Submission / Opening: Bids/documents are to be received at HO DW & GE (PAF) Charlala at 1130 hours on 06 October, 2026; they will be opened on the same date.

Bid documents & notes: Bidding documents will be made available to bidders on request and subject to payment of the document price (cost of printing/provision). Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject the tender as per PPRA rules.
