Tourism, Archaeology & Museums Department, Government of the Punjab invites e-bids for the procurement of contingent goods and repair & maintenance services for Financial Year 2026-27 through a framework contract under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Budgetary allocation for each head is provided below.

Key submission & eligibility information

• Bid security (refundable) equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each head must be furnished in the shape of CDR / SDR / Banker’s Cheque / Bank Guarantee. No conditional bank guarantee will be accepted.

• Complete e-bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP): https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. PPRA tender view: https://epp.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx

• Original bid security must be submitted in an envelope marked with the Tender Number and Title and delivered to the Office of the Section Officer (General), Tourism, Archaeology & Museums Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, before the closing date/time; failure to submit original bid security will render the bid non-responsive.
