Municipal Committee Ali Pur Chattha invites e-tenders for implementation of budgeted annual framework contracts and maintenance works for FY 2026‑27. Registered contractors enlisted on the Punjab E‑Procurement System and with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for FY 2026‑27 are eligible to bid.
Submission & deadlines: Bidders must upload tender documents on the Punjab E‑Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) by 2026-09-22 at 02:00 PM. Tenders will be opened in the Municipal Committee Hall, Ali Pur Chattha on 2026-09-22 at 02:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives. Original earnest money (CDR) equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before opening (by 02:00 PM on the opening date) or the bid will be disqualified.
Key conditions: Earnest money must be in the form of CDR in favor of Municipal Committee, Ali Pur Chattha. Conditional or forged documents/CDRs will lead to disqualification and legal action.
