Submission & opening:
- Last date to upload bids: 2026-09-28 (up to 10:30 AM) via Punjab e‑procurement system (eP). Technical and Financial bids must be uploaded separately.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-09-28 at 11:00 AM through the e‑procurement Acquisition & Disposal System in the presence of committee and participating representatives.
Eligibility & required documents:
- Firms must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide NTN and Sales Tax registration, professional tax, Punjab Sales Tax (where applicable) returns, Income Tax certificate on letterhead and Police Character Certificate.
- Bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost via Punjab e‑procurement PSID from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
- Successful bidders must deposit a performance guarantee equal to 3% of the total contract value through e‑procurement (PSID) within the specified period.
Other important terms:
- All rates shall be inclusive of GST/PST and other government taxes and remain valid as specified in the tender (validity shown in tender).
- Any bids received/uploaded after the intimated time will be rejected. Firms must follow the e‑procurement procedure and upload bids through the official eP URL and response site exclusively.
- No relaxation will be given on quality; supplies must be delivered as per order (items to be provided within seven days where specified).
