MES Tender Notice — Provision of Facilities at Various PAF Bases (DW&CE PAF Chaklala)

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala). Sealed tenders are invited in accordance with PPRA rules for the provision/rehabilitation of certain facilities at multiple PAF bases. Interested contractors/firms must meet the eligibility and documentation requirements listed below and submit bids to DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala by the closing date.

Key eligibility & submission requirements:

- Firms must have experience in Construction, Electrical, Mechanical and Plumbing works/services and be registered with the relevant authority (registered with PEC in relevant field is indicated).

- Enlistment with MES in Category A is preferred. Non‑enlisted firms must submit 2% bid security (refundable).

- Firms must furnish work orders, locations, photographs of completed projects and satisfactory completion certificates from users.

- Firms must provide list of personnel, recent bank statement, NTN certificate and income tax returns for the last three years.

- Contractors must provide a certificate that they are not involved in any litigation with any Government Department/Establishment and that no inspection or outstanding report is pending against them.

- Tender validity period shown should extend at least up to June 2027.

Submission & opening:

- Bids are to be submitted to the Office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala. Bids must be received by 2026-09-15. Bids will be opened on the same date.
