Tender: Hiring Firm/Workshop for Fleet Maintenance & Repair Services – RWMC Rawalpindi

Issuer: Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC). RWMC invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced firms/workshops for "Hiring of Firms/Workshops Fleet Maintenance & Repair Services, Rawalpindi" under a competitive bidding process as per PPRA rules 2014. Bidding will be conducted online through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14.

Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Prospective bidders may view and download bidding documents free of cost. Bids must be completed, signed, stamped and submitted online through EPADS (e.proc.punjab.gov.pk). Technical bids will be opened on the same day through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to be present. Submission on EPADS portal is the responsibility of the bidder.

How to apply: Download bidding documents from the PPRA/EPADS websites, prepare bids in accordance with the bidding document, and submit online via EPADS by the closing time. Ensure bids are signed, stamped and complete. The URI of PPRA e-procurement site and response time shall be calculated from publication date on PPRA.
