Key instructions and eligibility:
- Interested firms, bidders, companies and contractors must be registered with FBR for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be on Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Registration on EPADS is required for submission. Non-consulting service bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable.
- Bid documents (Bid Solicitation Documents) can be downloaded from EPADS. All bids must be uploaded on EPADS; bidders shall upload all mandatory/required documents on EPADS only.
- Deadline for online submission: 2026-09-30 until 11:30 AM (PST). Electronic bids will be opened the same day (opening time stated in bid documents). Original/ hard-copy bid security must be submitted to the Project Director's office by the submission deadline. Bids accompanied by Pay Order (PO) will be rejected. Bids sent by hand/post/courier/email/fax will not be accepted.
- Taxes, duties and KPRA or any other Government taxes will be charged as per rules. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per relevant procurement rules.
