Pre-Qualification Notice: Construction of 100‑Bed Social Security Hospital, Sheikhupura – PESSI

Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (PESSI), Head Office, 3‑A Gulberg V, Lahore. The Director (Works) for Commissioner PESSI invites applications for pre‑qualification of contractors for construction works under the PPRA e‑procurement system.

Eligibility: Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/code with valid PEC registration, PRA and NTN certificates, and must be regularly depositing social security contributions. Contractors must register on the Punjab E‑Procurement / E‑PADS portal and submit pre‑qualification documents only via the E‑PADS website. Manual submissions will not be accepted.

Pre‑qualification documents include evaluation criteria, proof of financial soundness, evidence of relevant experience, technical staff details, and other supporting documents. Information and registration procedures are available on the Punjab e‑procurement portal and PPRA website.

Submission & Deadlines: Tender closing and opening are scheduled on 2026-10-08. Closing time shown as 11:00 AM and opening time as 11:30 AM on the same date. Response time will be calculated from the date of advertisement publication on the PPRA website. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule‑35.
