Tender: Framework Contract for Repair & Maintenance of Manhole Covers — Municipal Committee Taxila

Issuer: Municipal Committee Taxila. Municipal Committee invites bids on Punjab E-Procurement System for a framework contract to repair and maintain manhole covers within the jurisdiction of Municipal Committee Taxila.

Key conditions: Only contractors/bidders holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) certificate may apply. Bidders must submit a hard copy of the PEC certificate at the time of bid opening. Earnest money (bid security) shall be deposited on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Procurement will follow PPRA & Punjab E-Procurement rules; completion time will be strictly enforced. The lowest bidder falling 5% or more below the sanctioned estimated cost may be required to deposit the difference as additional performance security (subject to a maximum of 10%).
