Rawalpindi Women University invites encrypted electronic bids under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding from active taxpayers registered with Federal/Provincial tax authorities and with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category C-6 and above (code CE-10) for renovation/rehabilitation of hostel lavatories and common washrooms.
