Municipal Committee Gujar Khan invites item-rate tenders on e-Procurement as per PPRA rules (S# as per MRS 2nd Biannual 2026) from contractors for the schemes listed below. Bidding documents are available on the e-Procurement portal and PPRA website. Documents may also be purchased from the Municipal Committee office after payment of a printing fee of Rs. 5,000 for reading and uploading on e-Procurement.
Key instructions and eligibility:
- Bids must be submitted online on e-Procurement from the date of publication until 2026-10-05.
- Bid security / CDR of 5% of the estimated cost is required for each package.
- Valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above is mandatory.
- Valid active Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates must be provided.
- Submission on legal attested stamp paper declaring that the firm is not blacklisted is required.
- Conditional, incomplete, overwritten, or doubtful bids will be rejected. The Municipal Committee may reject any or all bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules.
- Upon issuance of acceptance letter, the successful contractor must execute an agreement on stamp paper, deposit performance security, and will receive a work order mentioning the completion period. Contractors are responsible for required quality control tests at their own expense.
