E-Tender: Outsourcing Support Staff & Essential Services – Small Dams Division Islamabad (01 Jul 2026–30 Jun 2027)

Office of the Executive Engineer, Small Dams Division, Islamabad (Small Dams Organization, Irrigation Department, Govt. of the Punjab) invites electronic bids through Punjab e-Procurement for outsourcing support staff and essential services for Small Dams Division, Islamabad for the period 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027.

Key requirements and conditions:

- Bidding will be conducted under open competitive Single-Stage Single Envelope electronic bidding as per Punjab Procurement Rules (amended 2014/2018). Manual bids will not be accepted.

- All intending firms/contractors/joint ventures must be registered on the Punjab e-procurement system and hold valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for FY 2026-27.

- Bid security fixed at 5% of the bid (amount shown above). Acceptable forms include Demand Draft, Call Deposit, or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks issued in favour of the Executive Engineer, Small Dams Division, Islamabad. Original bid security must be submitted as required.

- Performance Guarantee 10% of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder within the stipulated time in accordance with PPRA Rule-56.

- Taxes will be deducted at source as per government rules. Payments will be made upon submission of monthly bills with verified attendance sheets and proof of salary payments to staff through bank transactions.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. All bidders must comply with PPRA Punjab circulars and instructions.
