Local Government & Community Development (Civil Division Rawalpindi / Civil Sub Division Rawalpindi) invites item-rate tenders from firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) holding the relevant category. Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement; bids will be submitted and opened online. Performance guarantee of 10% of contract amount is required from the successful bidder. No cutting or amendment in the bid will be accepted except through the electronic system; telephone/conditional tenders will not be entertained.
