Rawalpindi Women University invites encrypted electronic bids under Single Stage One Envelope national competitive bidding for renovation/rehabilitation of lavatories and common washrooms in university hostels. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers (Federal/Provincial), registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category C-6 or above with specialization CE-10.

How to apply and key conditions:
- Download and submit bids online via the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://www.pppunjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents are also available on the PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement websites.
- Bid Security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System; physical instruments (CDRs, etc.) will not be accepted. Bids submitted other than via the e-Procurement portal will be considered invalid.
- Required documents: attested copies of CNIC, PEC registration certificate, proof of active income tax and Punjab sales/professional tax registration and paid challans (or evidence of tax compliance).
- Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the Campus Construction Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline; Rawalpindi Women University is not responsible for delays or e-procurement system issues. The university may reject all bids or proposals as per applicable PPRA rules.
- Firms/contractors are responsible for payment of all applicable taxes at the time of payment release. Submission of false information/documents will result in disqualification and may lead to debarment/blacklisting and reference to regulatory authorities.
