Banking Court No.1 Karachi Auction: Residential Property in Azizabad (Plot 465-R) on 2026-08-10

The Nazir of Banking Court No.1, Karachi has ordered a public auction to recover a decree in execution No. 155, suit No. 640 of 2016 in favour of the National Bank of Pakistan against Muhammad Yaseen. The mortgaged residential property—House on Plot No. 465-R, Block No. 2, Azizabad (KDA Scheme No.16), area 120 sq. yards, Federal B Area, Karachi—will be sold “as is, where is.” Market value is stated as Rs. 25,000,000 with a PSV/reserve of Rs. 21,250,000 and decree amount Rs. 387,063 plus costs.

The auction will be held at the property on 2026-08-10 at 01:00 PM. The highest bidder must immediately deposit 25% of the bid and submit a copy of their CNIC; the balance must be paid within 15 days of the auction during court hours.
