Mughal Iron & Steel Industries Limited gives notice of book closure to determine entitlement for the final principal repayment and the 5th profit payment on Sukuk 70. The Sukuk principal and profit are due on 21 July 2026; securities will be closed for transfers from 15 July 2026 to 21 July 2026 (inclusive).
Holders must ensure their bank details (IBAN) and income-tax documentation are updated with the company’s share registrar, M/s Digital Custodian Company Limited, by close of business on 14 July 2026. Income-tax will be withheld under section 151 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001 where applicable.
