Invest Capital Investment Bank Ltd — Share Capital Reduction and Book Closure Notice

Invest Capital Investment Bank Limited announces that the Honorable High Court of Sindh, Karachi has approved a reduction of the company’s paid-up capital from Rs 2,848,668,960 (284,866,896 ordinary shares of Rs 10 each) to Rs 430,529,840 (43,052,984 ordinary shares of Rs 10 each) by cancelling 241,813,912 ordinary shares. Book closure to determine entitled shareholders will be on 11 July 2026; shareholders on the Register of Members by 10 July 2026 will be eligible.

Original physical share certificates, certified transfer documents and a certified copy of the CNIC must be received by the company’s share registrar by close of business on 10 July 2026 to be treated as timely. Physical share certificates will be considered cancelled from 11 July 2026. Documents should be submitted to the company’s share registrar at 503, Johar Town, Lahore.
