Public Notice: Proposed 44.4% Share Transfer in Al-Aziz Developers and Crown City Gwadar Phase-II

Al-Aziz Developers (SMC) Private Limited, through its sole director Nadeem Ahmed, gives public notice of an intended transfer of a 44.4% share in the company and the associated housing project Crown City Gwadar Phase-II to Khawaja Eraj Pervaiz. The residential scheme (Crown City Gwadar Phase-I) is located at Mouza Chatti Shumali, Tehsil and District Gwadar, covering 63 acres (Khewat No. 11, Khatooni No. 11, Qataat 23) and holds NOC No. 43/05/HS/GDA (B).

Anyone—individuals, organizations, allottees, or file holders—who has objections or a claim against Al-Aziz Developers, Heart Developers, Marzia City/King City, or Crown City Gwadar Phase must submit written objections with supporting documentary evidence to the undersigned via WhatsApp or registered courier within 15 days from the date of publication. Claims or objections received after that period will not be considered.
