Director General (South), Provincial Energy Resources Development & Regulatory Authority (PERRA), Government of Balochistan invites electronic bids for the Establishment of a Technical Laboratory in Balochistan under PSDP No. 1783. Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not permitted. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Procurement System of BPPRA/GoB.

Minimum three projects during the last 5 years in the Government sector involving Solar PV systems, Solar DC/AC systems, Hybrid (Off‑Grid/On‑Grid) systems or Solar Street Lighting. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C‑3 or above (as applicable to project value). Valid ISO certification and other standard documentary evidence as required by the tender documents.
Bid Security	2% of estimated cost (as bid security), payable in favour of Director General (South), PERRA-GoB.
Submission Method & Deadline	Only electronic submission via the Electronic Procurement System (registration on the system is mandatory). Deadline for submission: 2026-10-02 up to 12:00 PM; bids will be opened on 2026-10-02 at 12:00 PM.
