NIH Islamabad Tender Notice — Glassware, Chemicals & Security Services (Oct 2026)

National Institute of Health (Purchase & Procurement Department), Islamabad invites sealed bids from original manufacturers/authorized distributors/suppliers/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and registered contractors/PPRA EPADS portal for the listed procurement items. Bidding will be carried out under a single-stage single-envelope procedure. Tenders must be uploaded on ePADS (new version 2.0). Original hard copies must be submitted to the Office of Director Purchase & Procurement, National Institute of Health, Park Road/Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. Tender documents, detailed terms, bid security, validity, evaluation criteria and other conditions are available on PPRA website and on ePADS.

Important instructions: Upload tenders on ePADS (new version 2.0). Tenders will be opened in the Institute Conference Room in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Suppliers/ vendors must submit required original/attested documents in hard form to the Office of Director Purchase & Procurement before opening; failure to submit originals will result in rejection. All firms should quote their rates on online portal ePADS (new version 2.0) as well as provide original documents where required. Registration on PPRA ePADS portal (version 2.0) is mandatory.
