PCSIR Tender: Hiring of 6 Armed Security Guards for PCSIR Quetta – Bid by 2026-10-05

Issuer: Pakistan Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (PCSIR), Ministry of Science & Technology — PCSIR Head Office, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad. Tender Enquiry No: PCSIR/QL-001/2026.

Purpose: Electronic tender invitation for the hiring of armed security guards to provide security services at PCSIR Laboratories, Mian Ghundi, Mastong Road, Quetta (F.O.R.).

How to Apply / Bid Submission:

- Submit electronic bids through the e-Procurement & Disposal System (EPADS) at https://eprocure.gov.pk.

- Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS by 2026-10-05 at 11:00 hours. Electronic bids will be opened half an hour after the closing time.

- In addition, bidders are requested to submit one hard copy of technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes (separately) of the same bidding document uploaded on EPADS to facilitate evaluation.

Eligibility & Conditions:

- Authorized dealers, suppliers and government contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department and appearing on the Active Tax Payer List (FBR) are eligible to participate.

- PCSIR reserves the right to accept or reject all bids or proposals or any change in the scope of work as per PPRA rules.

Bid Security / Earnest Money:

- Earnest money of Rs. 90,000 must be deposited in the shape of bank draft/call deposit from any scheduled bank in favor of Director General, PCSIR Laboratories, Quetta.

Delivery & Other Notes:

- Place of delivery: PCSIR Laboratories, Mian Ghundi, Mastong Road, Quetta on F.O.R. basis.

- Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS.
