Issuer: National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL). NPPMCL invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed Tax Consultancy / CA firms for appointment as Tax Advisor for two years (FY 2026-27 & FY 2027-28). Services will be procured on a Quality and Cost Based Method under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.
Scope: The Tax Advisor will assist in tax planning, determine tax liabilities, ensure compliance with tax laws, represent the Company before tax authorities, and advise on changes in tax legislation. NPPMCL operates RLNG-based power plants at Balloki (District Kasur) and Haveli Bahadur Shah (District Jhang) with capacities stated in company records.

Notes: One engagement referenced for experience must be at least one year. RFP will be issued only to shortlisted firms that submit authenticated documentary evidence with their EOI. EOIs must be signed by a partner.
