Tender Notice No. 19/2026 — Supply of Safety, Office & Maintenance Items (Islamabad)

A public sector organization (Head – Procurement, H‑Block, Near K‑Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department for the purchase/supply of various items. Tender documents are available from the procuring office on working days (09:00–13:00) on payment of the non‑refundable fee (Rs. 2,000 per package). Payment must be made by bank draft/pay order payable to the Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 155, Islamabad (cash/call deposit not acceptable). Tenders will be received up to 11:00 AM on each package's opening date and opened the same day at 14:00 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Documents may be viewed on the PPRA website.

How to apply / submit: Obtain tender documents from the office of Head (Procurement) during working hours with payment of the prescribed fee. Submit sealed tenders by the stated opening date/time. Late or cash submissions will not be accepted.

Fee: Rs. 2,000 per tender package (non‑refundable).
