How to obtain and submit tender documents

Tender documents are available during office hours on payment (non‑refundable & non‑transferable) in favor of Karachi Metropolitan University from the Procurement Department, KMU Main Campus, North Nazimabad Block M, or may be downloaded from KMU website (www.thekmu.edu.pk) and Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) ePADs (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Submission must be made online through the ePADs portal.

Eligibility & Requirements

Applicants must be reputed firms, registered and active taxpayers with NTN & SRB, with relevant experience and capabilities as required in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit up‑to‑date NTN & SRB certificates with required documents, technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes where applicable, and complete technical & financial bids must be stamped and signed. The bid security (as specified) must be provided in the form of Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of Karachi Metropolitan University. Incomplete or late bids, or those not complying with conditions, will be rejected.
