CDA Special Project Division-I: Invitation for Bids for Works at National Police Academy & National Police University

The Capital Development Authority (Special Project Division-I) invites electronic bids on a single-stage, two-envelope basis for construction works at the National Police Academy (H-11) and the School of Tactics cum National Police University, including landscaping, obstacle/track construction, additional facilities and a rappelling tower. Eligible firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with valid registration (project codes) for 2025–27 and meet the qualification requirements in the bidding documents.

Bidding documents are available on E-PADS (www.procure.gov.pk / www.pprasindh.gov.pk as listed). Bids must be submitted online via E-PADS (peprocure.gov.pk) with bid security uploaded in PDF and the original provided before bid submission. Submit bids by 24 July 2026, 11:30 hrs; technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hrs at the office of Director (Special Project), CDA, Room No.50, Ground Floor, Old Naval HQ, G-6, Islamabad.
