CDA E-Bidding Tender — Repair & Maintenance of NAB HQ Building, Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA), Maintenance Division-II (SB) invites online bids from firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with project code CE-01 for 2026-27 for repair and maintenance works at the NAB Headquarters Building, Islamabad.

Key instructions and eligibility

- Bidding documents are available on the PPRA e-portal.

- Only firms registered on CDA E-PADS 2.0 and meeting PEC Category C-6 (or above) with project code CE-01 for 2026-27 are eligible to bid.

- Bid security (Earnest Money) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) for the amount shown above must be issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Deputy District Maintenance Division-II (SB), CDA. The bidder's name must be clearly written on the instrument.

- Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security on E-PADS and submit the original CDR to the office of Deputy District Maintenance Division-II (SB), CDA by the tender receiving deadline.

- Bids will be submitted and opened online through CDA's E-PADS system on the dates/times shown above.

- CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules.
