The National Book Foundation (NBF), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from established Publishers and Developers (Textbook Development Firms/Companies) across Pakistan for pre-qualification to participate in competitive development of textbook manuscripts for Prep to Grade 12 based on the National Curriculum as notified by the National Curriculum Council Wing (NCCW).

Notes: This stage is for pre-qualification only and no manuscript is required at this stage. Pre-qualified publishers/developers will be invited in Phase II to submit fully developed and professionally designed manuscripts within 30 days for subjects/grades specified by NBF. Manuscripts in Phase II will be evaluated by Subject-Specific Evaluation Committees and selected manuscripts will be forwarded to NCCW for NOC. NBF reserves the right to verify submitted information/documents and to accept or reject any application or annul the pre-qualification process in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules/Regulations.
