MES (PAF) Tender: Provision of Facilities at PAF Bases — Submission by 2026-10-06

Issuer: Military Engineer Services (MES) / Directorate DW&C (PAF), advertised through CMES (PAF) Islamabad. Purpose: Invitation to pre-qualified contractors/firms to tender for multiple packages for the provision of certain facilities at PAF Bases (denoted as PAF Base (A)).

Eligibility & pre-qualification requirements:

- Firms must furnish evidence of enlistment and relevant experience in construction, electrical, mechanical and plumbing works/services.

- Firms must provide completion certificates or satisfactory completion evidence for similar works, and certificates confirming they are not involved in litigation affecting contract performance.

- Contractors must meet documentary requirements and be pre-qualified before tender issuance.

Bid / submission details:

- Tender documents will be issued to pre-qualified firms.

- Tender submission: Tenders are required to be received at HQ DW & CEF (PAF) Khaki.

- Submission close: 06 October 2026 at 11:30 hrs; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 hrs.

Notes & conditions:

- Contractors must provide required certificates, tax / NTN documentation, and any other specified documents with the bid.

- Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject tenders as per PPRA rules.
