Issuer: The Punjab Employees' Social Security Institution (PESSI), Head Office, 3-A Gulberg V, Lahore invites e-tenders from engineering firms/contractors on item rates through the Punjab e-Procurement System under PPRA rules.
Eligibility & submission notes: Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category (C-5 or above) and possess valid PRA and NTN certificates. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System; bid security of 2% (as specified) shall be submitted electronically.
