CDA Invitation to E-Bid for Construction & Renovation Works at FIA Headquarters, G-9/4 Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)-registered contractors for multiple construction and renovation works at the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Headquarters, Sector G-9/4, Islamabad. Projects include construction of a Counter Terrorism Wing, additional rooms and façade uplift of the Main Block and Academy Block, renovation/revamping of the Main Block, construction of a cafeteria, and renovation of the Global Internal Academy.

Procurement follows single-stage, one-envelope e-bidding through the designated e-procurement/EPADS platform. Bids must be submitted online by 29 July 2026, 11:00 AM; bid opening will occur the same day at staggered times. Bid security and compliance with CDA/PPRA procurement rules are required; bidding documents and submission instructions are available on the CDA/EPADS portal.
