MEPCO Tender: Procurement & Installation of Asset Performance Management System (APMS) – E-Bids via EPADS

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites E-BIDS under the Single Stage, One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules for the procurement and installation of an Asset Performance Management System (APMS) as per PPMC specification No. PPMC-DS-01:2026. Material is being procured on FCS basis at MEPCO Regional Stores. Quoted rates must be in local currency and inclusive of all taxes, duties and GST.

Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS 2.0 (www.pa.epads.gov.pk). Interested eligible bidders are required to register on EPADS 2.0 and upload required documents. Original bid security/guarantee (deposit-at-call, bank draft, pay order or bid guarantee) in favour of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with tender number and title to the Office of Director (Procurement) Dist. MEPCO, Khanewal Road, Multan. Electronic bids will be opened online; the electronic bid will be opened half an hour after the physical bid submission time.
