Tender: Construction of Pre‑Engineered Industrial Hub Building — Daanish University, Islamabad

Issuer: Daanish University Trust (Daanish University, Islamabad). Invitation for sealed financial bids from prequalified construction firms for the construction of an Industrial Hub comprising predominantly Pre‑Engineered Building (PEB) works at Daanish University, Islamabad.

Eligibility: Participation is restricted to construction firms already prequalified/enlisted with Daanish University Trust having C‑3 or above with the relevant specialization code(s) applicable to the proposed works, including BC01 – Prefabricated Buildings and Steel‑Framed Buildings / Industrial Plants. Firms must maintain valid PEC registration and all applicable statutory registrations/clearances. Firms must demonstrate technical capability, relevant experience and resources required for construction of a predominantly steel‑structured Pre‑Engineered Building.

Bid / Submission Instructions: Bidding documents, scope, specifications, drawings and bill of quantities are available on the PPRA website and DUT website (www.du.edu.pk) and may be obtained from the Office of the Secretary, Daanish University Trust, Room No. 227, D‑Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad, during office hours. Complete financial bid, prepared in accordance with bidding documents, must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: "FINANCIAL BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL HUB – DAANISH UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD." Late bids will not be entertained. Procurement will follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and applicable Government rules. Daanish University Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
