Firms must maintain valid PEC registration and all other applicable statutory registrations and clearances at time of bidding. |

| Submission | Complete bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: "FINANCIAL BID FOR CONSTRUCTION OF INDUSTRIAL HUB – DAANISH UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD". Late bids will not be accepted. |
