ECSP E‑Tender: Framework Agreement for Vehicle Rental Services (Intra/Inter‑City Lots)

Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (Pvt.) Limited (ECSP) invites electronic bids through the Punjab e‑Procurement System for a one‑year framework agreement for hiring vehicle rental services. Procurement will follow Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure) under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Vehicle hire will be on an as‑required basis via Call‑Off Orders; ECSP does not guarantee any minimum quantity or value. Eligible firms must be registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement System and with relevant statutory authorities (FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority, etc.).

Bidders may submit proposals for any or all LOTs. Detailed technical specifications, eligibility criteria, service requirements, evaluation methodology and the Schedule of Requirements are available in the bidding documents on the Punjab e‑Procurement portal and ECSP website. Registration on the Punjab e‑Procurement System is mandatory to participate.
