Banking Court No.1, Karachi (Execution No.65 of 2021; Suit No.187 of 2020) will sell by public auction the mortgaged property: Flat No. A1-303, 3rd Floor, Al-Art Apartment, Plot No.2, Block/Sub-Block, Nazimabad No.3, Karachi, in satisfaction of a decree of Rs. 9,30,000 together with costs.
Market value is fixed at Rs. 4,000,000 with forced sale value Rs. 3,200,000. The highest bidder must immediately deposit 25% of the bid by pay order in favor of Judge, Banking Court No.1, Karachi and submit a photocopy of CNIC; no cheque or cash will be accepted for this deposit. Balance of purchase money to be paid before the Court closes on the 15th day from the auction. Auction will be held at the mortgaged property; the Court reserves the right to cancel or refuse any bid.
