NLC Pre-Qualification for Contractors (Construction) — Apply via Enlistment Portal

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites applications for pre-qualification/enlistment of contractors for construction works (buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, sewerage, water supply, dams, hydro power, escalators, railway works, solar, electrical and telecom projects) across Pakistan. Interested firms must apply online via the Contractors Enlistment Portal on the NLC website (www.nlc.com.pk) and upload required documents; already enlisted contractors need not reapply but may request changes in financial limits or PEC category.

Applications must be uploaded before 11:30 AM on the last working day of each month; submissions are opened 30 minutes after closing. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 (demand draft/pay order in favor of National Logistics Corporation HQ Engrs Collection) must be uploaded with the application.
