Tender No. 01/PROC – Furniture Supply for NLC Harraka Offices (Rawalpindi)

NLC invites sealed bids under PPRA Rule 36(b) — Single Stage Two Envelope for the provisioning of furniture for offices of Harraka (HQ LS) & Harraka Complex (Rd Freight JVCo). Bidders must submit two separate envelopes marked Technical and Commercial to HQ NLC Rawalpindi.

Bids must be submitted by 22 July 2026, 11:00 hrs (opening 22 July 2026 at 11:30 hrs). Tender fee Rs. 2,000 and bid security Rs. 500,000 are required. A pre-bid meeting will be held 14 July 2026 at 10:30 hrs in the HQ NLC Harding Road Support Branch Conference Room. Samples can be inspected at HQ NLC on working days.
