• Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 before the closing date/time.
• Non-refundable tender fee: Rs. 3,000. Bid security/earnest money as specified in EPADS V2.0 is required.
• Scanned copies of original instruments shall be uploaded to EPADS V2.0; original instruments must reach the Procurement Department before the closing time.
• GIK Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the procurement process in accordance with applicable PPRA rules.
