PHE Division-I Peshawar Tender: Consultancy for Solarization of Water Supply Schemes (RFP via EPADS)

Public Health Engineering Division-I, Peshawar invites proposals (Single Stage Two Envelopes, Quality & Cost based) to hire consultancy services for survey/feasibility, design/design-review and supervision of the solarization of water supply schemes under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan. The estimated approved cost of the consultancy is 6.728 million. Interested firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant PEC codes), KPRA and FBR; the RFP is available for download from EPADS/KP-PPRA websites.

Proposals must be uploaded via EPADS by 30 July 2026 at 1100 hours. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Engineer (Centre), Public Health Engineering Department, Plot 40, Sector B-I, Phase V, Hayatabad, Peshawar on 13 July 2026 at 1200 hours. Successful bidders will be required to provide a performance security of 10% of the bid amount (CDR or Bank Guarantee) in favor of Executive Engineer, PHE Division-I, Peshawar. Incomplete or conditional proposals will not be considered.
