HESCO Invitation for E-Bids: Construction Works at 132kV Grid Stations (EPADS v2.0)

Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites e-bids via EPADS v2.0 for construction works including electrical equipment foundations, allied works for 132kV grid station line bays and construction of a boundary wall at specified grid stations in Sindh. Eligible contractors must be registered on EPADS v2.0, hold a valid PEC license in the applicable category (e.g. C6 / CE-10 as specified), have experience of at least two similar works, be registered with Sindh Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, and appear on the Active Taxpayer List of SRB and FBR.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk); manual bids will not be accepted. Each e-bid must include bid security in favor of Project Director GSC, HESCO Hyderabad (Bank Guarantee/CDR/Banker’s Cheque from a scheduled bank, valid 28 days beyond bid validity). Scanned bid security must be uploaded on EPADS and the original submitted before bid closing.
