The Office of the Assistant Inspector General of Police (Logistics), Islamabad Capital Territory Police, invites sealed electronic bids for the provision of meals/food to police personnel deployed on special duties for the financial years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Meals include items such as kabab, chicken pulao, karahi (chicken/mutton), vegetables, pulses, breakfast, juices, mineral water and tea as required.
Eligible bidders with valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, must register on EPADS Version 2.0 and submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. A bid security is required and the procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method with QCBS evaluation under Public Procurement Rules. Submit electronic bids via EPADS by 11:00 AM on Thursday, 2020-07-23; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Contact: 051-1258371.
